Replacement Cost: $75.00

Please note:

Only the student may request copies of their certificate or degree.
Proof of payment and all required supporting documents must be submitted.
Please allow approximately 10 working days after confirmation of payment for the request to be completed.
Certificates/degrees requested by mail are sent by courier. The student is responsible for the applicable courier cost.
If the original degree is damaged, the damaged original must be returned when collecting the replacement.

BAMSI policy requires certificates/degrees sent by mail to be sent via courier. You are responsible for the courier cost. The current mailing address entered in Section A will be used for delivery.
