Complete this form to request changes to your registered courses. Fields marked * are required.

Before you begin

  1. Complete your student information accurately.
  2. Enter the course(s) you wish to add in the Add Courses section.
  3. Enter the course(s) you wish to drop in the Drop Courses section.
  4. Ensure that all requested course changes are properly reviewed and approved where required.
  5. There is a $5.00 fee for each course dropped after the close of registration.
