Credit Transfer Request Form

Complete this form to request transfer consideration for credits earned at another recognized institution. Fields marked * are required.

Before You Apply

BAMSI accepts courses from recognized institutions for transfer of credit where a grade of C or higher was earned. Transfer credits should be applied for at the beginning of the student's tenure at the Institute.
Only a maximum of thirty (30) credits will be considered for transfer into any degree programme.
Credits earned ten (10) years or more prior to admission into BAMSI will not be considered for transfer.
All requests for transfer must be accompanied by an official transcript and course outline.
Grades earned for transfer courses will not be calculated into the student's grade point average. However, the course will appear on the student's transcript with the credit.
