Complete this form to request permission to receive course credit through a challenge examination. Fields marked * are required.

Before you begin

A student who has received formal training in a particular subject from an institution not recognized by the college, or who has acquired knowledge through relevant work experience, may qualify to receive credit through a challenge examination.
Research courses and courses with a laboratory component will not be considered for challenge examination.
Challenge examinations must be applied for at the time of admission into the college.
Challenge examinations must be approved by the Academic Dean.
The fee is $75.00 per examination and is non-refundable.
Payments may be made through the BAMSI online payment system.
